Lennar Offers 10 Percent Commissions on September Sales of Luxury Vacation Homes in Two Orlando Communities

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar is offering Orlando area Realtors 10 percent commissions on sales of luxury vacation homes in two Orlando vacation home communities if sold by Sept. 30 and closed by Nov. 30.

Dean Luce, director of operations for Lennar in the Orlando region, said the 10 percent commission offer applies at Paradise Palms, located on Paradise Palms Blvd. off U.S 192 in Kissimmee where Lennar is building elegant resort vacation townhomes priced from the low $200s.

Paradise Palms features a 9,500 square foot community clubhouse with a sauna, movie theatre, game room, internet lounge, basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with waterfall, grotto, spa, and slide, poolside Tiki bar and grill, and a special children’s swimming pool.

Luce said the 10 percent commission offer also applies at The Shire at Westhaven, located off U.S. 17-92 in Davenport.

At the Shire at Westhaven, Lennar is building one and two-story luxury vacation homes that range in size from 1,862 square feet of living space to 3,212 square feet.

The Shire at Westhaven features a community clubhouse with a resort-style swimming pool and fitness center, a children's playground, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts and an abundance of open green space.
