Crossman & Company Ranked as One of 20 Best Small Companies in Florida by Leading Business Magazine

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Crossman & Company, the Orlando-based commercial real estate firm that ranks as one of the largest retail property management, leasing and development companies in the southeastern U.S., was recently named one of the 20 best small companies in Florida by Florida Trend magazine.

John Crossman, president of Crossman & Company, said his staff of 20 professionals---including five recent hires---probably rank among the most productive and most enthusiastic in the commercial real estate industry.

“We’ve learned that companies that focus on profits to the exclusion of all else succeed in one very narrow sense of the word,” Crossman said.

“Our company supports more than 20 families, our clients appreciate our enthusiasm as much as our expertise, and in this market cycle that makes a big difference,” said former Orange County Mayor Richard T. Crotty, executive vice president at Crossman & Company.

Crossman & Company employs more than a dozen strategies, from continuing professional education to practical jokes, to keep their brokers and support staff engaged, enthusiastic and open to innovative ideas.
