ORLANDO, Fla. --- Beazer Homes is offering the first five new home buyers a free pre-Grand Opening Energy Saving Green Package valued up to $10,000 at Woodland Lakes, Beazer’s newest community located off Curry Ford Road and Alafaya Trail in southeast Orlando near S.R. 408.
Theresa Tilton, vice president of sales for Beazer Homes in the Orlando region, said Woodland Lakes Preserve, with 77 home sites and new three, four and five-bedroom homes priced from the $190s, is scheduled to have a model Grand Opening Oct. 23.
New homes at Woodland Lakes Preserve range in size from 1,603 square feet of living space to 3,600 square feet.
Woodland Lakes Preserve features a community center with a swimming pool and children’s playground.
