Lennar Offers Orlando Area Realtors Seven Percent Commissions on September Sales of Ready-To-Move-In Homes that Close By Nov. 30

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar is offering Orlando-area Realtors seven percent commissions on select ready-to-move-in single-family homes, villas and townhomes that sell by Sept. 30 and close by Nov. 30 in 13 Orlando-area communities.

Dean Luce, director of operations for Lennar in the Orlando region, said the “Seven Percent Solution” offer applies on select ready-to-move-in homes at Legacy Park and Cortland Woods at Providence in Davenport, Camden Landing and Preston Pointe at Wyndham Lakes in south Orlando, Nona Terrace in southeast Orlando, Treviso, Celery Estates and Retreat at Twin Lakes in Sanford, Independence in Winter Garden, Stoneybrook Hills in Mount Dora, Eagle Dunes in Sorrento, and active adult communities Heritage Hills in Clermont and Heritage Isle in Viera in Brevard County.

At the same time, Lennar is offering a powerful homebuyers incentive on the same select ready-to-move-in homes: Zero Down, Zero closing costs and up to $33,000 in savings.

“I think we’ve established a new high water mark for Orlando area Realtors,” Luce said. “We’ve put together the best package of Realtor incentives and homebuyer incentives on the market, and we’re already seeing a marked increase in new home sales,” she said.
