Mattamy Homes in Orlando earns Best Model Home Merchandising award at Metro Orlando Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council

ORLANDO, Fla. --- The Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando awarded Mattamy Homes the best Model Home Merchandising award at the organization’s recent award ceremony.

Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group in Orlando, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest homebuilder, said the Richmond model home, decorated by Carolyn Gardy of Gardy Interiors at Lake Jean in East Orlando won the best merchandising award.

Kerry Soltis, marketing manager at Mattamy Homes said several sales associates at Mattamy Homes also won achievement awards. Gary Kelly won a platinum award, Teri Boyer won a gold and Denise Rapp, Melissa Valley, Twiggy Reyes and Noel Wehrle won silver awards for sales performance.
