Beazer Homes to Open New Phase with 81 Home Sites at Dupree Lakes in Land O’Lakes, Model Home to open in April

TAMPA, Fla. --- Beazer Homes will a new phase with 81 home sites at Dupree Lakes, located on Wood Violet Court in Land O’Lakes between Collier Parkway and Land O’Lakes Boulevards (US 41). A new model home there is set to open in April.

Ed Suchora market manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay region said Beazer plans to build larger homes on the 65-foot home sites with four to six bedrooms and three-car garages.

New homes in the new phase will range in size from 2,500 square feet of living space to 3,400 square feet.

“We have not had any larger home sites for quite some time at Dupree Lakes so we are looking forward to this,” Suchora said. “Almost every home site in the new phase is bordered by lake or nature preserve,” he said.

Beazer Homes recently unveiled two new floor plans for homes on 55 foot home sites at Dupree Lakes. The Captiva offers four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths with a den and a bonus room in 2,886 square feet of living space and comes with a three-car garage.

The new Santa Rosa model offers four bedrooms and two baths in 1,862 square feet with a two-car garage priced from $164,993.

All Beazer homes at DuPree Lakes are Energy Star® certified.
