ORLANDO, Fla. --- Harold Warren, director of property management at Crossman & Company, which ranks as one of the largest retail leasing and management firms in the Southeast, was recently honored for his 10th anniversary with the company, according to John Crossman, president of the firm.
Crossman & Company currently manages more than 50 retail, office and commercial properties that total more than four million square feet of space and accommodates more than 400 tenants. The firm was voted best property management company in the Orlando area in 2009-2010 by a local business trade publication reader’s poll.
