Meritage Homes Names Four New Sales Associates in Tampa Bay Region, Plans to Open Four New Communities in Spring

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes, which recently expanded into the Tampa Bay area, appointed four new sales associates in the Tampa Bay region.

Brian Kittle, vice president of sales, said Deborah Pearson has more than 12 years of experience selling new homes.

New sales associate John Clayton has more than seven years of experience.

Nathan Horvath has more than eight years of experience.

Kittle said he also appointed Jarrett Townsend a sales associate in the Tampa Bay region.

Meritage recently acquired 27 home sites at The Estuary at Mobbly Bay in Oldsmar; 12 home sites at Crystal Preserve, located on Crystal Lake Rd. in North Tampa; 16 home sites at Bella Casa on Indian Head Dr. in North Tampa, and 31 home sites at Wellington Manor in Lutz.

Kittle said Meritage Homes will open model homes in three of the new communities in April.
