ORLANDO, Fla. --- Rhodes+Brito Architects, based in Orlando, was recently awarded a contract for HVAC and chiller improvements valued at $4 million at North Marion High School in Ocala.
Ruffin Rhodes, co-founder and partner at Rhodes+Brito Architects, said design work will be complete in June.
Construction is expected to start when school lets out this summer. The focus of the remodeling improvements is to refurbish the facility, including air-conditioning and ceilings.
Rhodes+Brito is a full-service architectural firm that opened its offices in downtown Orlando in 1996 to specialize in design of public facilities, including schools, airports and courthouses.
