JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a community garage sale Saturday, April 14 at Bartram Park in south Jacksonville.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes in the North Florida region, said he expects as many as 40 Bartram Park home owners to participate from 8 a.m. to noon.
The event is free and open to the public, and Pulte will provide coffee and refreshments as well as maps of Bartram Park neighborhoods and participating garage salers.
Bartram Park garage sale maps are available at the Bartram Park sales office at 6933 Woody Vine Drive.
“We expect a big turnout for this event and we expect to see some great values,” said Strickler.
Pulte Homes is nearing completion of 11 new townhomes at Greenbrier at Bartram Park and four new Carriage Homes at Twinleaf at the community.
New two and three-bedroom townhomes at Greenbrier offer two-and-a-half baths and one and two-car garages priced from the $130s. Four different floor plans range in size from 1,536 square feet of living space to 1,761 square feet.
Two-bedroom, two-bath Carriage Homes at Twinleaf offer one-car garages and range in size from 1,438 square feet to 1,857 square feet. New Carriage Homes at Twinleaf are priced from the $130s.
