NAI Realvest Negotiates Sale of former Taco Bell Restaurant in Longwood

ORLANDO, Fla – NAI Realvest recently completed the sale of a 2,545 square foot former Taco Bell restaurant and its 24,000 square foot site at 1090 W. S.R. 434 in Longwood for $450,000.

NAI Realvest principals Kevin O'Connor and Matt Cichocki negotiated the transaction on behalf of the local Seller, CNL APF Partners, L.P. on behalf of GE Capital.

Felice Ladisernia of Boynton Beach purchased the property and plans to open a new restaurant at the site upon renovation of the building. Elisa Torrealba of Ocala Homes and Farms Inc. represented the buyer.

This is the fourth Central Florida property that the Cichocki-O’Connor team has sold or leased for GE Capital over the past 18 months.
