ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement with Communication Technology Services for 3,123 square feet at South Park Business Center, an office/flex center at 8600 Commodity Circle in Orlando.
Tom R. Kelley, II CCIM, principal at NAI Realvest, brokered the transaction on behalf of Miami-based South Park, LLC, landlord of the 58,000 square foot business center built in 2008.
The new tenant, Marlboro, Mass.-based Communication Technology Services, is an in-building wireless solutions integrator for large and small businesses, public safety two-way radios, WiFi and other wireless technologies. CTS was represented by Scott Gregory with Lincoln Property Company.
