MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 5,500 square feet of industrial space in Apopka.
Michael Heidrich, principal at the firm, brokered the transaction representing Landlords Richard and Debra Niles of Apopka, and the new tenant Construction Materials Engineering Council d/b/a CMEC, Inc. who leased Suite 1 of the industrial facility at 2779 Apopka Blvd.
