Pulte Group to Start Sales of New Paired Villas at Whispering Palms near Colonial Country Club

FORT MYERS, Fla. --- Pulte Homes plans to start sales of 34 new Paired Villas next year in a new phase at Whispering Palms, the gated community under development on Colonial Boulevard one mile east of I-75 in Fort Myers in front of Colonial Country Club. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing at Pulte Homes in the South Florida division, said Whispering Palms currently includes 46 Carriage Homes. Mairn said the 34 new paired villas will be in Pulte’s Bedford II floor plan. Homebuyers can preview a decorated Bedford II model that’s open daily at Bridgetown on Treeline Blvd. around the corner from Whispering Palms, Mairn said. Whispering Palms features a community swimming pool, spa, and cabana.
