Ryland Homes Opens Model, New Phase at FishHawk Ranch in Lithia, Homes Priced From the mid-200s

TAMPA, Fla. --- Ryland Homes has started sales in a new phase of single-family homes priced from the mid $200s at FishHawk Ranch in Lithia. Mike Finley, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the developer is planning a large scale grand opening event in December at FishHawk Ranch to showcase 14 new model homes. Ryland will showcase its Frost II model at the event. The two-story Frost II plan features four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths in 2,595 square feet of living space with a two-car garage. Ryland Homes plans to build three, four, five and six-bedroom homes in six distinctive floor plans in the new phase at FishHawk Ranch that will range in size from 1,853 square feet of living space to 2,595 square feet. Finley said a Central Park community swimming pool and splash park, a Lake House on a large lake, state-of-the-art fitness center, hiking trails, a dog park and children’s playgrounds are planned for the new neighborhood.
