Ryland Homes Has New Model Open and starts selling at Waterset in Apollo Beach

TAMPA, Fla. --- Ryland Homes has started selling new single-family homes at Waterset by Newland Communities located off Big Bend Road in Apollo Beach. Mike Finley, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the home builder is planning a grand opening event in January at Waterset to showcase its new model home in the newest phase of the master planned development. Finley said new Ryland homes at Waterset in three, four and five bedroom designs, will range from 1,551 square feet of living area to 2,297 square feet and starting at $199,990. Waterset by Newland Communities offers a grand resort-style pool, café, the Landing Community Center, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a dog park, miles of trails, and the Southshore Montessori Pre-school within the community.
