Ryland Homes Opens New Phase and Adds New 3-Car Garage Floorplan to line-up at Copperstone in Parrish

TAMPA, Fla. – Ryland Homes has opened a new phase for single-family homes priced from the mid-$100s at Copperstone located at 11410 81st St. East, Parrish, Fl 34219. Mike Finley, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the homebuilder has developed 33 conservation and water view home sites in the new phase for three, four, five and six bedroom homes priced from the high $100s. Ryland is now offering the Celebration model with three-car garage floor plan at Copperstone. “There has been a good deal of customer demand for three-car garages,” said Finley. The 2,600 square foot Celebration model has four-bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a game room and optional den. Finley said new homes at Copperstone range from 1,600 square feet of living area to 2,600 square feet. The Ryland Homes sales office at Copperstone is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays noon to 6 p.m.
