Ryland Homes opens New Phase and introduced Four new floor plans In Oakleaf Hammock in Ellenton

ELLENTON, Fla. --- Ryland Homes recently opened a new phase for new single-family homes priced from the $240s at Oakleaf Hammock, located at 3709 70th Ave E. in Ellenton off Mendoza Rd. just east of I-75. Mike Finley, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said Ryland has introduced four additional floor plans to complement this new phase made up of beautiful conservation and water home sites. Finley said new three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes in the new phase at Oakleaf Hammock will range in size from 2,256 square feet of living space to 3,500 square feet with two- and three-car garages. One and two-story floor plans are available, Finley said.
