Beazer Homes Opens Final Phase at Legacy near Downtown Orlando, 45 Home Sites Available

ORLANDO, Fla. - Beazer Homes has opened the final phase at Legacy, the gated, lakefront luxury community Beazer is developing off Holden and S. Orange Aves. within site of the downtown Orlando skyline.

David Byrnes, president of Beazer Homes in Florida, said four luxury ready-to-move-in homes under construction now will be completed in September.

New three, four and five bedroom single family, estate-style homes at Legacy are priced from the high $200s and range from 2,000 square feet of living space to 3,335 square feet.
