Melrose-Sovereign Companies Awarded Contract to Manage Hyer House Condominiums in Downtown Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. - Melrose-Sovereign Companies, which ranks as one of Florida’s largest community management companies, was recently awarded a contract to manage the Hyer House Condominiums, located on Hyer Ave. in downtown Orlando.

Ellen Lumpkin, co-founder and partner at Melrose-Sovereign Companies, said Hyer House is a residential condominium complex within walking distance of Lake Davis and Thornton Park.
