Cotter-Ryan Commercial Awarded Contract to Complete Office Building Tenant Improvements in Kissimmee
KISSIMMEE, Fla. --- Cotter-Ryan Commercial was recently awarded a contract to build a 3,000 square foot tenant improvement in a 20,000 square foot office building located on John Young Parkway in Kissimmee.
Scott Ryan, president of Cotter-Ryan Commercial, LLC based in Longwood, said ATCO Ltd. Partnership VII, LC, owns the building and is developing the space.
Work started in July, Ryan said.
