Crossman & Company Signs long-term retail lease at Southchase Village

ORLANDO, Fla. - Crossman & Company, one of the largest property management and leasing firms in Florida, recently negotiated a long-term lease agreement at Southchase Village located at 12441 S. Orange Blossom Tr. in South Orlando.

Leasing Associates Daniel Germano and Whitaker Leonhardt negotiated the lease agreement on behalf of the landlord, Southchase Investors, LLC, an affiliate of BPG Properties., based in Philadelphia.

The new tenant, Herbalife, an independent distributor selling personal and nutritional products, leased 1,400 square feet and plans to open at the retail center in September.
