NAI Realvest negotiates three new lease agreements for industrial space totaling more than 8,900 square feet in Orlando

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated three new lease agreements totaling 8,956 square feet of industrial space at three Orlando industrial facilities. Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated all three transactions.

Carisma, LLC, an Orlando-based internet car and car parts dealer and auto repair, leased Suite 300 with 5,250 square feet of space in the Hanging Moss CommerCenter located at 6124 Hanging Moss Rd. COP-Hanging Moss, LLC of Maitland is the landlord.

Arnaldo Echevarria of Orlando leased suite 215 with 2,206 square feet in Goldenrod CommerCenter at 1468 N. Goldenrod Rd. The landlord at the center is COP-Goldenrod, LLC of Maitland.

Orlando-based Bsmartcars, Inc., an internet car dealer, is the new tenant in unit 100-J in the Airport Industrial Center at 7480 Narcoossee Rd., where Columbus, Ohio-based Airport Investment Properties, LLC is the landlord.
