Royal Palm Opens Three Ready-To-Move-In Homes at Lake Burden, Three More Under Construction

ORLANDO, Fla. — Royal Palm recently opened three ready-to-move-in luxury homes at Lake Burden, the luxury community Royal Palm is developing on S.R. 535 and Reams Rd. in Windermere, and has under construction three more luxury homes that will be completed in 90 days.

Albert Kodsi, president of Royal Palm, said the ready-to-move-in homes are priced from the mid $400s.

Lake Burden features 33 half-acre and quarter-acre home sites that front on lake or water, Kodsi said. Waterfront sites are priced from $125,000 to $475,000.

Lake Burden features tennis courts, open space playgrounds, ball fields, lakeside gazebos, and a boardwalk that crosses the lake to the new elementary school. A clubhouse and pool are under construction.
