Concordia Cape Coral opens Two Luxury Models Priced from the $70s, Second Phase under Development– 49 condominiums have sold within last 60 days

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Concordia Cape Coral, the master-planned luxury condominium community Concord Wilshire Realty is selling, has opened two professionally decorated model condominiums priced from the $70s.

Andy Garrett, managing director at Concordia Cape Coral, located off Del Prado Blvd. and Kismet Parkway, said one, two and three-bedroom condominiums at Concordia Cape Coral range in size from 1,182 square feet of living space to 1,642 square feet.

New condominiums at Concordia Cape Coral are priced from $76,830 to $128,076, Garrett said.
Over the past 60 days, Concordia Cape Coral has sold 49 condominiums at an average sale price of $91,000, Garrett said.

Only 43 condominiums remain for sale in the first phase. Construction of a second phase with 170 condominiums is nearly complete, and is planned to be released within the next 30 days.
Concordia Cape Coral will ultimately include 340 luxury condominiums with attached garages, surrounding a five-acre lake, with a Mediterranean-style clubhouse that features a tropical club room furnished for group and individual gatherings, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the lake.
