Ashton Woods Homes has two Single-Family Model Homes underway to open in January at gated McCormick Woods in Ocoee

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Construction of two single-family model homes is underway at McCormick Woods, Ashton Woods Homes’ gated community located on W. McCormick Woods Road off S.R. 429 in Ocoee.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes in Orlando, said one of the model homes offers four bedrooms and three baths with a game room in 2,363 square feet of living space with a three-car garage.

The second model home offers 2,688 square feet with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, plus a den and game room with a three-car garage.

Both model homes will open in early January, Roche said.

Ashton Woods Homes has 74 home sites available at McCormick Woods. New three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes at McCormick Woods range in size from 1,536 square feet of living space to 3,023 square feet and are priced from the $167,900.
