Mattamy Homes U.S. Group Executive Honored by Homebuilders Association as “Home Builder of the Year”


CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- The Home Builders Association of Charlotte has named Mattamy Homes’ Area Construction Manager Jim Brodnik “Home Builder of the Year.”

Bill Kiselick, division president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group in the Charlotte region, said Brodnik has been with the company for 13 years.

Brodnik, who earned his B.S. Degree in Construction Technology from Purdue University, has more than 17 years of experience as a homebuilder. He is an OSHA-certified general contractor and holds general contracting licenses in North and South Carolina.

Brodnik was chosen for the award among nearly 20 other HBA member homebuilders, Kiselick said.
