JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Beazer Homes has started construction of new model town homes at Verano at Bartram Park, located off Bartram Park Road in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville.
David Byrnes, president of Beazer Homes in Florida, said the new model town homes will open in the spring with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,496 square feet of living space with a covered lanai, a one car garage, priced from $141,990.
Altogether, 60 three-bedroom town homes are available at Verano at Bartram Park in the current phase priced from the $130s.
