TAMPA, Fla. – Beazer Homes has new pricing on the five ready-to-move-in single family showcase homes at Dupree Lakes, located off Ehren’s Cutoff and S.R. 41 in Land O’Lakes.
Kareyann Rhodes, sales manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the “Showcase homes” range in size from 1,300 square feet of living area to 3,200 square feet and are priced starting at $139,990.
Three, four and five-bedroom to-be-built homes at Dupree Lakes range in size from 1,855 square feet of living space to 3,200 square feet with starting prices in the $180s.
Rhodes said all five of the homes are built with the Beazer eSMART features that include elements to increase energy and water efficiency and indoor air-quality, and they also qualify for the $6,500 U.S. tax credit available to qualified move-up homebuyers in existing homes.
