TAMPA, Fla. --- The snowbirds are returning to the Tampa Bay region, says David Byrnes, president of Beazer Homes in Florida.
Beazer Homes reported a jump in sales including two affordable luxury villa homes over a recent weekend at Gulfwinds, located on Orca Court off Alt. U.S. 19 and Anclote Blvd. in Holiday, Pasco County.
Byrnes said currently there are five three bedroom, move-in-ready villa homes available in the current phase at Gulfwinds that range in size from 1,745 square feet of living space to 1,883 square feet priced from $159,900.
There are only 30 remaining opportunities to build a single-family home at Gulfwinds priced from $170s. Three, four and five bedroom single family homes at Gulfwinds range in size from 1,583 square feet to 2,665 square feet with two and three-car garages.
