BURNSVILLE, Minn. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group has released six home sites for construction at Riverside Bluffs, a community of 100 new homes, located on Eagle Creek Blvd. and Foothill Trail in Shakopee.
Jennifer Anderson, marketing manager for Mattamy Homes in the Twin Cities area, said the home sites – in 76' to 96' widths – will accommodate the homebuilder’s Classic Series of homes that range from 2,129 square feet of living space to 2,648 square feet.
Mattamy’s Classic Series of homes feature Craftsman style exterior elevations with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and three-car garages priced from the high $200s.
