Ashton Woods Homes releases 23 custom home sites at Rosedale Country Club in Sarasota

SARASOTA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes recently released 23 custom home sites at its Rosedale Country Club community located off 44th Ave. West in Sarasota. Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes said the homes in the new phase are priced from $500,000 and range from approximately 2,500 square feet of living area. Roche emphasized that all of Ashton Woods home sites in the new phase are oversized and overlook conservation areas or water. Rosedale Golf & Country Club features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ted McAnlis. The country club features full-service dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a heated junior Olympic-sized pool along with lighted Har-Tru tennis courts.
