LENNAR OPENS NEW PHASE WITH 145 HOME SITES AT CONCORD STATION IN LAND O'LAKES

TAMPA, Fla - Lennar recently opened a new phase with 145 home sites at Concord Station, the homebuilder's popular master-planned family community located off State Road 54 and Sun Lake Boulevard in Land O'Lakes. Mark Metheny, Central Florida Division president, said Lennar plans to build 52 new three and four bedroom homes priced from $180,000 on 40-foot home sites in the new phase. The two-story Plymouth model home will be open daily at Cambridge at Concord Station with three bedrooms, loft, two full baths and a half bath in 2,076 square feet priced from 257,990 with a two-car garage. At Wellington Estates at Concord Station Lennar is building new three, four, five and six-bedroom homes that range in size from 1,909 square feet of living space to 3,889 square feet. New one and two-story homes at Wellington Estates are priced from $243,990. Eleven distinctive one and two-story floor plans are available and two model homes are open daily for tours. Concord Station features a 5,000-square foot community center with a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, a sport court, a lake pond and a community park with picnic area, children's playground and tot lot.
