NAI Realvest Negotiates Sale of Friendly’s Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach for $1,790,000

Orlando, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the $1,790,000 sale-leaseback of a 5,700 square foot Friendly’s restaurant at 1001 N. SR 7 in Royal Palm Beach. Mez Birdie, CCIM, director of retail and investment services at the firm, brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller AKZ Florida Real Estate Holdings LLC and the buyer CSG&M RPB, LLC, a net lease investor who leased the property back to the seller. Birdie provides various real estate services including sale-leaseback, leasing, brokerage and site selection.
