Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty Logs Sales of Luxury Homes at Spruce Creek Fly-In Totaling $90 Million
Port Orange, Fla. --- Spruce Creek Fly-In, the unique residential development with its own airport has made history since its opening with celebrity homeowners and aviation milestones, but the past five years have been among the best.
Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty is celebrating its fifth year at Spruce Creek Fly-In, and senior associates Rachel McGrath and Debbie Keilin, who opened the Stirling Sotheby’s office at Spruce Creek five years ago next month, have posted 227 sales transactions that total more than $90 million.
The future looks even better at the gated community with 1,300 homes and championship golf course. The McGrath-Keilin team forecasts that sales will total more than $30 million over the next 12 months.
“Rachel and Debbie joined Stirling Sotheby’s because of our international brand and exposure,” said Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of the firm.
“They are extremely perceptive women and they understood that the market was changing. More international buyers are entering the market, a trend that started about six years ago but is now growing exponentially,” Soderstrom said.
The McGrath-Keilin team focuses on Spruce Creek but their efforts include waterfront residences along the Atlantic Coast and the Intracoastal Waterway.
“Rachel and Debbie use some of the most sophisticated marketing tools in real estate, including high quality drone photography and videos,” Soderstrom said.
McGrath and Keilin---and their clients at Spruce Creek---have been well served by Stirling Sotheby’s International’s reach, with more than 700 offices in 54 countries and coverage on over 100 major media and web portals around the world.
“Florida luxury homes are a commodity with a growing worldwide market that is almost immune to market cycles,” Soderstrom explained. “The sort of sophisticated marketing skills Rachel and Debbie have embraced are a perfect match for a perfect community, and we are looking forward to a dynamic year ahead,” he said.
