DiVosta Homes to Host Grand Opening to Showcase Two New Model Homes at the Cove at Waterway Village in Vero Beach
VERO BEACH, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes will host a grand opening Saturday, Aug. 9 to showcase two new model homes priced from the mid $200s at Cove at Waterway Village, located on Kings Highway and 53rd St. in Vero Beach.
Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for DiVosta Homes in the south Florida region, said the event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be available from 1 to 3 p.m. along with live music and tours of both model homes.
Mairn said the Martin Ray model is one of DiVosta Homes’ most popular designs. The 1,968 square foot home offers two bedrooms and two baths with a flex room and an optional loft, priced from $233,990 with a two-car garage with its own golf cart port.
A view of the Martin Ray’s interior shows why the home has been so well-received: DiVosta Homes has extended its open floor plan to create a sweeping family living space that includes an island kitchen, cafĂ© and gathering room that together measure almost 600 square feet of living space that opens onto an outdoor living lanai that adds another 128 square feet.
“The design creates a transitional family and entertainment space with multiple options for furnishings and media with a look and feel that is quite spectacular,” Mairn said.
The Pinnacle model at Cove at Waterway Village offers three bedrooms and three baths in 2,488 square feet with a flex room and an optional upstairs loft. Priced from $264,990, the Pinnacle features a two-car and a golf cart port.
Amenities at Cove at Waterway Village include a community swimming pool and cabana and a bocce ball court.
