Lennar to Start Sales of Single-Family Homes at The Enclave at Moss Park in East Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar will start sales of single-family homes priced from the mid-$200s this fall and its first model is underway at The Enclave at Moss Park located off Moss Park Rd. and Great Commission Way in Southeast Orlando. Mark Metheny, Central Florida division president, said Lennar plans to build 45 new three to six-bedroom homes with three to four baths and two and three car garages at The Enclave at Moss Park. New Lennar built homes at The Enclave at Moss Park range from approximately 1,736 square feet of living area to 3,773 square feet on 50-foot homesites. Eight distinctive, one and two-story floor plans will be available, Metheny said, . All new Lennar homes at The Enclave at Moss Park come with the homebuilder’s Everything’s Included pledge: a wide range of appliances, special features and upgrades including the Lennar’s EcoSmart program, at one “everything’s included” price, The community, which is convenient to shopping and dining venues and major arterial highways, features a children’s playground, basketball court, community clubhouse, swimming pool and cabana.
