NAI Realvest negotiates leases totaling more than 39,000 square feet at South Seminole Industrial Park in Longwood

ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated two lease agreements for 39,113 square feet at South Seminole Industrial Park off Florida Central Parkway and SR 434 in Longwood. Michael Heidrich principal at NAI Realvest represented the tenant S.I. Goldman Company in a renewal lease of 15,260 square feet at 799 Bennett Drive. The landlord is Bennett Drive LLC Heidrich represented the landlord, Carmany Holdings LLC, in a new lease agreement with Nutrakey, Inc. for 23,853 square feet at 975 Bennett Drive at the industrial center. Mark Harkins of Harkins Commercial represented the tenant.
