Ashton Woods Homes Opens New Townhome Community in Altamonte Springs

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has started sales of the first of 108 three-story maintenance free townhomes at its newest community - Enclave at Altamonte – off of Palm Springs Drive, South of 436 in Altamonte Springs. Located within walking distance of the Altamonte Springs retail and entertainment hub, the private community of luxury energy-efficient townhomes is also minutes from most major Orlando arteries. Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes, said the three story townhomes range from approximately 1,718 square feet of living space to 1,989 square feet and are all three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath designs with rear entry two-car garages. Prices at the Enclave at Altamonte start at $249,990. Construction of the first new townhomes will be completed and ready for move-in by May, Roche added. Amenities at the Enclave at Altamonte include community swimming pool and cabana.
