Lennar Promotes Brock Nicholas to Division President for Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar has promoted Brock Nicholas to Division President for the Orlando region after only seven months as the homebuilder’s Division Manager there. Mark Metheny, President of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Nicholas will continue to be responsible for Lennar’s homebuilding and community development operations in the Orlando division which includes 43 communities across Orange, Lake, Seminole, Polk, Osceola and Brevard counties. “Brock has shown great leadership and strength since joining Lennar as our Division Manager and we look forward to continued success with our growth in the Orlando marketplace under his direction,” said Metheny. Nicholas holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and has 15 years of experience in real estate related activities such as acquisition, development, construction and management in markets including California, Hawaii, Connecticut and Florida as well as the UK, Canada and Caribbean. Nicholas serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Florida Community Developers and the Board of Directors of Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida.
