Hold-Thyssen Negotiates $2 Million Sale of Neighborhood Shopping Center in Leesburg

Leesburg, Fla. – Hold-Thyssen based in Orlando recently negotiated the $2,000,000 sale price for the Leesburg Retail Plaza located at 8425 US Highway 441 in Leesburg, northwest of Orlando. Hold-Thyssen broker associate Troy Stevens, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller, Leesburg Retail Plaza. “From offer to closing it only took 23 business days to close the deal,” Stevens said. The buyer of the 35,000 square foot retail center is a private investor who was represented in negotiations by Daniel Tatro of Grizzard Commercial Real Estate Group. Existing tenants at the center include Pizza Hut. Hold-Thyssen, Inc. provides commercial property and leasing and management services to institutional and private investor clients nationwide. The 40-year old firm’s current portfolio includes more that 100 commercial properties throughout the United States.
