Emerson International Reports New Office Leases at its developments in Longwood, Altamonte Springs totaling more than 11,000 Square Feet

Altamonte Springs, Fla. – -- Emerson International recently closed on three new leases for class A office space that totals 11,151 rentable square feet at its developments in Longwood and Altamonte Springs. Kenneth Koch, director of leasing at Emerson International, recently negotiated a lease agreement with CFACT Consulting Services for 5,810 square feet at 2170 Sanlando Center, on S.R. 434 in Longwood. Mark Harkins of Harkins Commercial represented the tenant, a business and project consulting firm. Zac Starkey, leasing associate at Emerson International, negotiated a new lease of 4,787 square feet at 2170 Sanlando Center with Prometrics, Inc. Starkey also negotiated a lease at CenterPointe Office Park on CenterPointe Circle off E. Central Parkway in Altamonte Springs. Neuropsychology of Altamonte Springs leased suite 1459 with 554 square feet. The tenant provides child psychology and clinical neuropsychology.
