Lennar Unveils new model Coach Homes at Gran Paradiso in Venice Lots of Open Space, Plenty of Flair

Venice, Fla. --- Two new model Coach Homes were recently unveiled at Gran Paradiso, the luxury community Lennar is building on Galleria Boulevard off U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail) between South Venice and North Port in Venice. David Meyers, director of sales and marketing in Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division, said the ground level Hibiscus Coach Home offers 1,741 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, a covered lanai and side entry foyer, priced from $229,990 with a two-car garage. The second level Oleander Coach Home offers three bedrooms, two baths, a covered patio and a stylish ground-floor foyer in 2,068 square feet of living space, priced from $249,990 with a three-car tandem garage on the first level. “Gran Paradiso Coach Homes were designed for open space living,” Meyers said. Large, open family leisure spaces that include great rooms, dining areas and lanais are conveniently served by gourmet kitchens big enough to accommodate most families for group cooking, Meyers said. Lennar also recently opened the new 20,000 square-foot community clubhouse at Gran Paradiso and is days away from opening a new zero-entry swimming pool. The clubhouse, which includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, a media center, spa, steam room and locker facilities, adjoins the swimming pool and cabanas. The center is surrounded by 17,000 square feet paver brick plaza that leads to tennis courts, fitness trails and a children’s playground. Altogether 1,800 new homes are planned at Gran Paradiso, priced from the high $100s to more than $500,000. Estate Homes, Executive Homes, Manor Homes and Villas at Gran Paradiso range in size from 1,340 square feet of living space to almost 4,000 square feet. And every new home at Gran Paradiso comes with Lennar’s Everything’s IncludedTM upgrades---crown molding, granite counters, wood cabinetry, designer fixtures, stainless steel appliances and highly rated energy efficiency for starters---are included in the standard Lennar purchase price.
