Golf Course Home Sites Featured in New Phase at Del Webb Stone Creek
OCALA, Fla. --- Del Webb has just released 12 home sites in its newest phase in Longleaf II at Del Webb Stone Creek, and many of the new home sites front on the community’s Terry-Doss designed, 18-hole championship golf course.
Sean Strickler, division president for Del Webb in the West Florida region, said the new home sites will feature Del Webb’s Classic and Estate Series homes, which range in size from 1,649 square feet of living space to over 2,500 square feet with two to four bedrooms and loft options, as well as 2-3 car garages.
Del Webb Stone Creek offers active adults new, single-family homes priced from $140,990 to $275,990 in nine home designs that range in size from 1,133 square feet of living space to more than 2,589 square feet.
All new homes at Del Webb Stone Creek feature Del Webb’s exclusive Environments for Living (EFL) package of uniquely designed extras, including tight construction featuring special framing techniques and R-13 Batt wall insulation, improved thermal systems, internal moisture management, higher efficiency air handlers, foam-filled exterior block walls and air pressure balancing. The included EFL package results in an extremely efficient air conditioning system and lower energy bills overall.
